OMS: OMS is Nokias NMS product. Someone with the knowledge of OMS is good , else at least some experience in other NMS ( optical) is required. Again the experience is not development, it should be deployment. Data base/SQL experience is must.
Experience level is 5+ years (Should be matured to handle the telecom operators issues)
Location : Bangalore
