Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating a resume with the correct format and technical content.
2. Choosing an attractive and impressive layout & format and design as per clients specification to make an impression on the employer.
3. Speaking to the resources and obtaining the details required according to the formats.
4. Taking care of the grammar and sentence formation in the resumes and presenting them to the clients.
5. Fine-tuning the resumes of the internal resources and presenting them in the best possible manner based on the requirements if necessary for the clients of the company.
6. Keeping track of the job industry and its requirements.
7. Ability to understand highly technical concepts quickly.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
9. Capability to work independently or with minimal supervision.Technical Skills:
1. Understanding of Database concepts.
2. Basic Knowledge and understanding of concepts in MS SQL Server and MS Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) which help create these resumes.
3. Hands-on experience using MS Word.
4. Significant experience in Technical Writing function.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication
6. Ability to quickly ascertain the main points and highlight them in a resume.
7. Good technical background.
8. Professional resume writing experience preferred.
