JOB DESCRIPTION
100%- Works closely with offshore OMS Support Lead and Manager to provide summary of incident backlog and plans to recover and keep up with backlog. Work with Manhattan PSO/CSO teams to understand the code and functionality being delivered in a comprehensive fashion and prepare for any changes to support model with SOPs.
Overall experience of 5 years in Retail IT as Support Lead with latest 2 years on DOM/OMS technologies.
Working experience with Manhattan OMS/DOM is an added plus.
Work with Support Lead to ensure incident backlog is kept to a minimum.
Work with Manhattan PSO/CSO teams to define standard operating procedures to process stuck transactions through various workflows.
Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation, and restoration of production systems.
Monitor systems and trends, and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, errors, and improve overall performance.
Operate IT production services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be accountable for incident backlog.
Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available
Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented in production environment.
